About Me
My name is Diana Brum-Botelho. I have been married for 4 wonderful years to my husband, Nelson, and we have two beautiful daughters, Sophia and Ava. I started baking at an early age with my mom. As I grew up I was always in charge of making the desserts for family dinners. Baking started to become a passion.
In 2001 I was hired by FedEx as a courier, my workdays were long but I just couldn't stop baking, so I would make breakfast pastries for my co-workers to enjoy. About 6 years ago I was approached by a co-worker who was in charge of purchasing a wedding cake for their friends wedding. I decided that was something that I have never done but I was up to the challenge. The cake was an absolute success. That was the start of my cake career. I still work for FedEx, now as a secretary, but I spend a lot of my free time (when I'm not with my girls) working on many Wedding, Birthday, Anniversary and Special Event cakes.
